I've had some amazing problems that I prefer not to discuss. But about 2-3 months ago the best thing happened to me. Don't get me wrong, my game was good and my life was alright, but my depression would hit me hardcore and randomly effect all areas of my life. Anti-depressants were useless, no matter what mg.

I went on a cycle, gaining a ****load of strength. All my problems were gone: I felt like my workouts were finally WORTH it and my 4x a week visits weren't a waste of my time. I stopped drinking completely and became more alert and focused on my schoolwork improving my grades. I became a bouncer and had the time to train in combat because my schoolwork was always done. AND, my body looked absolutely amazing, causing every hot lady in the club scene to always looking my way. Now I'm dating the hottest bartender in my club.

Now, my confidence is failing and the downfall is bringing me back. I'm drinking more, my grades are falling, my body and weight (especially my chest) is deflating, I can't get my schedule right, and I'm only still dating this girl because I don't spew my feelings and problems to her (like I am now).

I'm decided on Anadrol and after my 8 week off period is complete, back on to Sustanon, then finally these estrogen blockers and something else (dunno the name) that holds your weight and gains. This includes that GNC milk stuff that keeps your kidneys healthy. I want to be back where I was, never to do roids again. This isn't an addiction, it's an attempt to return to my state of mind where I no longer needed to the feeling of having to prove myself- a feeling that I've never been able to produce on my own.

Opinions? (please from no gay oh drugs will ruin your life people). I'd rather live a short life then a long miserable one (not saying I'm trying, just that if it comes down to it...). I've tried many different routines and having an ectomorphic body type, my muscles take 4x as long to develop.

I think that you might be confused. He's talking about a steroid cycle.

You worded your question as though you didn't know what he was talking about. Of course your workouts go down hill after cycling off steroids.

Sexual, I'm not exacty sure what you are asking. You need to be a little more specific.

I already have.

Possible apprehensions are, by all means, justified since most athletes experience the classic interruption symptoms such as weight loss, less body strength, muscular atrophy (loss of muscle tissue) and increased fat deposits. Some experience depressions, aversion to training, lethargy, and a lack of discipline. How is this possible- Very simply, the athlete experiences a catabolic phase. The athlete now has to deal with two major problems which will burden him during the following weeks and which make several athletes go "back to the stuff " after interrupting their steroid regime for only a very short time. First, it is very likely that the body's own testosterone production will be reduced since most steroids have an inhibiting effect on the hypothalamohypophysial testicular axis, resulting in a reduced testosterone production in the, testes by the Leydig's cells.

I posted all the extra stuff so you guys can see why I'm going back to do another one and I wouldn't get too much flaming (which I didn't, so I appreciate all of your responses). I guess to form a specific question, even though I'm open to whatever anyone has to say...

Will this second "plan" keep me in the state I want to be at by taking the estrogen blockers?

Diet

12pm; 7AM
6 large eggs
4 oz turkey bacon
50 g oatmeal
piece of fruit

3pm; 10AM (snack)
4 oz turkey breast
2 slices who-grain bread

6pm; 1PM (lunch)
8 oz skinless chicken breast or 8 oz Atlantic salmon
1/2 cup (precooked) brown rice

8pm; 3PM (preworkout)
32 oz nonfat milk

11pm/12am; 6PM/7PM (postworkout)
Get-big shake
About an hour later
8 oz skinless chicken breast
6 oz pasta
5 oz broccoli
or
8 oz New York steak
5" x 2" baked potato with skin
8 oz frozen spinach

2am; 9PM
Whey protein powder drink
2 tbsp natural peanut butter

TOTALS (APPROXIMATE) - Calories: 4170; Protein: 369; Carbs: 449

My current workout is a 13-week strength gain with M/F heavy weight and low rep powerlifting, T/TH are pump days to get the blood going through my muscles. The rest are resting, no cardio.

i'm confused by the two times listed for each meal. are you on a regular sleep schedule, getting 7-9 hours of sleep per night? (I say that as someone who often struggles with both)

Yes I am. The first time is my schedule and the second is for someone that wakes up at 7AM.

1. Body Weight - 195-205 usually
2. Body Fat - probably 20%
3. Height - 6'1"
4. Max Squat - Around 415-430
5. Max Deadlift - same (without hurting myself)
6. Max Bench Press - 300-315lbs (but I've been failing more and more)
7. 5 rep max for one of these, Lat Pulldown, Chest Supported Row, Barbell Row - I don't do 5 rep maxes on these, I use these exercises for pump (high rep) days at the moment

What do you want from us?

You're drinking more? So stop.

Your weight is falling? So eat more.

Your grades are falling? Study.

Has everyone gone insane? Does everyone need someone to hold their hand to perform BASIC LIFE FUNCTIONS?

I was depressed before. I had a GPA of like 1.9 one semester and put on academic probation. Overall GPA of 2.4 for a while. I decided not to be a puss anymore, made some damn friends, made myself go to class and graduated with a 3.8 in computer science and not some cakewalk psychology or business degree (communications?!) you're probably in. Suck it up and just do it. It's that simple. I abhore getting out of bed at 7am for morning cardio but I DO IT because short term gains don't mean sh1t.

Yes, it's all so easy 'all-knowing' over 1000 posts master don juan. Why hadn't I just realized that? Now I know depression is just a word for lazy people, thanks dr. phil. It's alright though, cats like this don't bother me. Though I will say that you need go read some more books you snotty ****.

I'm done checking this post, if anyone would be kind enough to send me a PM about experience with these drugs and the estrogen blockers, please do.
