This stuff is easy, especially with women that ignore you, such as when talking on the phone and looking the other way.
I had this one young slut that done that, so I change my direction and walk to the other side, to the side she was looking to. Hiiiiiiiii. Can I talk to you for a minute. She was like, wtf? So I exchaggerate her look and go wtf. I ended up walking her to her car, by that time she hang up and was hot for me. Next time I met her she was eager to talk to me.
