What are the most motivational posts you have read from here or elsewhere?

OR maybe tips on motivation. Mine is feeling pretty low right now.

Go buy a book on motivation. I recommend "100 Ways to Motivate Yourself" by Steven Chandler. Seriously, I always feel a lot better after reading a few minutes of that book.
