Day the Second

Day two:

Day one has come and gone successfully. No, I did not order a hooker named "Day one."

I'm feeling a bit on edge, but I think mostly because I'm coming down with a cold. It was easy not to whack off yesterday because I worked from 9-5, went to the gym from 5-6:30, and then spend the rest of the night in dance classes until 9.

Had a drink with a girl from my ballet class after. Never talked to her before - mostly cause I put her around a 7 body/7 face... not bad, but not great. To her credit, she was a good conversationalist - this is key for me, because I've dated a lot of 8+ airheads, and it gets old. I told her about my no fap challenge for November, and I got her number. Mayhaps you guys can theorize on whether one had anything to do with the other.

Anyway, I'm taking off from work today, and I'm f*ckin' tired, so this is all I have for now. I'll throw in an update or so later.

Day the Third

Day 3:

This is getting extremely difficult. Had trouble sleeping last night. I also have a cold. Very on edge. It's rainy, and I don't want to be at work.

I just looked at what I wrote above, and found it to be extremely whiny. Kind of disliking myself right now.

Every time I have time to wring the rag, I have to come up with activities. Lately it's been counterstrike, or going to a pub. But I haven't been playing well because I've been jittery. The pub works better, but my friends aren't always available to go with me, and Wednesday nights aren't exactly hoppin'.

I should be able to get something done this weekend, as I'm traveling and there are some people excited to see me. I just need to last that long.

I actually started abstaining as well...I think I'm on day 12 now. It's actually not been too bad! The trick is to just stay busy and focus using your energies on other stuff outside your head.

Great initiative man, no matter what happens it is a win/win situation. You get to learn so much about yourself, your drive and how you look at the world from stopping masturbating, even if you dont make it you got the experience and can tune the amount you spank it for what fits you best. Day the Fourth

Day 4 (summary of Day 3):

Day three ended up not being as tough as day two. My generally busy schedule (work 9-5, gym 5 to 6:30, dance class 7 to 9) kept me from being too bored.

Also, I get to practice my game on my students. Being in the position of power makes it a little too easy, but nonetheless, cracking jokes and being a jackass comes naturally to me, so I just can't hold it back.

Although, being a male dancer, I can't say that it has been an advantage for any of my previous LTRs (there aren't many of those). So, remember that learning how to dance gets your foot in the door and your c*ck in the p*ssy, but it won't make you really click with anyone.

As for not masturbating, I guess I'm proving what everyone already knew - staying busy is the key. Although, in my case, I do have a predisposition to be overly horny, which is based in an actual hormonal imbalance.

Anyways, this weekend should be good. Many ops for release because I'm traveling to see friends. Girls are much more apt to act when they know you're only in town for a day or so.

I actually was a lot more antsy, irritable, aggressive (aimlessly) and had trouble concentrating, and had insomnia.

Also, I fell into a mild depression (no sh*t, it became harder to exercise, socialize, and keep up with the things that I love).

But, this is one time I may admit that I am an exception, because I do display certain hormonal imbalances that have been diagnosed by my doctors.

Anyways, I fapped yesterday, and I woke up feeling better than I have in weeks.

I need new plates. All of mine went places a month ago (which is why I decided it'd be a good time to start the challenge in the first place).
