Lose weight

Hey today I went to the gym and I lost about 5 lb. Is that OK? I feel something is not right. How could I lose 5lb in 3 hours. Is it unhealthy? Please I need help.
So I got home and I drank 2 cups of limonade and I ate watermelon, rice and fish.

It wasn't fat weight, I'll tell you that much.

You probably lost a lot of water weight, and/or went to the bathroom. Then 5 pounds would be pretty reasonable.

If you weigh yourself right now, you may have gained those pounds back already.

Your body weight fluctuates much more then you probably realize. The key is to always weigh yourself at the same time everyday. I'll usually weigh myself first thing in the morning after I get up.

PBG is right, body weight fluctuates a lot. You should weigh your self once a week in the morning and before you eat breakfast. And don't wear more than your boxers while you are weighing in.
