List what you have in your 6 meals a day for cutting so I can add some variety to mine. I went grocery shopping today and this is what I have prepared for tomorrow:
Meal 1: oatmeal, orange, 4 egg whites, multivitamin
Meal 2: chicken breast, 1 slice of wheat bread
Meal 3: MetRx Protein Bar
Meal 4: salad, can of tuna
Meal 5: 1 slice of wheat bread w/ natural peanut butter, strawberries
Meal 6: salad. chicken breast
I have a hard time doing variety. I think the main thing is that I have never tried protein shakes. Some people knock out that first meal with just a whey protein shake. I no nothing about them.
So what do you guys eat for your 6 meals when cutting? Thanks
