limited routine

Alright i have read many posts on what excercises i could do with limited weights and equipment. I've been wanting to go get a membership at a gym, but my schedule just can't fit it in.

i was wonderin if you guys could help me out and suggest some more specific routines i could do. The routine I have isn't really al lthat great and i wanna c if u guys can help me out

upper n lower body tips apreciated

EQUIPMENT: (Not much)
Total GYm: if you guys don't know what that is, it is a resistance training contraption.
Free Weights: Ranging from 5- 40 lbs
A school right a across the street (cardio)

Surely such a "contraption" has an exercise and workout guide provided with it?

Free weights - keep it simple, rows, bench presses, hack squats (bar held behind back) if you dont have squat stands, high rep lunges for conditioning also, overhead pressing, cleans, deadlifts, curls if you must, close grip benches, how long should I go on? This isn't difficult. Do some reading. Train 3 times a week, cardio as you like, depending on your goals. Forty five mins to an hour max for the weights sessions will be fine. Eat well. Simple.
