@Kerpal Could small prosterior deltoids result in the back not being to suppprt the bar and hence it rolling off? I found the placement for
LB squats but seeing how non existent my deltoids are it may be contributing to the bar slipping down my back.

I guess it's possible. Try chalking the back of your shirt where you hold the bar, that may help keep it from sliding around.

1x5 Deadlift 100lbs

Got the form down for LB squats with 80lbs. Will increase weight to 90lbs next workout.

I missed Wednesday's workout because of my exams the whole day. Time to get things back on track. Great workout today!

1x5 Deadlift 110lbs
3x5 Bench Press 65lbs (idk why but after the 1st set of 70lbs i felt that if I continued I'd be doing it to failure on 2nd set. Lowered weight to finish sets)

3x5 Standing Military Press 55lbs (2nd rep 3rd set failure)

I'm staying off leg exercises until my knee heals, dont want to mess up my knee. Dammit this sucks, not being able to do squats is really frustrating.

My knee is getting better but still not fully healed yet. Can't wait to add squats back into training. I missed Friday's workout due a hectic curriculum, by the time I got home it was already 10pm, bummer.

1x5 Deadlift 110lbs

Starting on squats preferably by next week. My weight is now 107lbs, I don't know why but I lost weight a few weeks ago to 105lbs. Just gained it back a week ago.

Started back on squats again, not sure whether its the right thing to do, my left knee feels funny.

3x5 Standing Military Press (2x5 60lbs, failed on 2nd set 3rd rep. Last set: 55lbs failed on 4th rep)
3x5 Bent Barbell Rows (2x5 90lbs, dropped to 85lbs on last set to mantain form)
3x5 Squats 95lbs

Been a long time since I did squats, gonna start upping squat weight next week.

Did a weigh in today and I gained 1.4lbs. Now 108-109lbs

Everything seems to be progressing fine, feels good to do squats again

Because some asses choose not to let me work in and I'd have to wait for then to get their asses off. Why not just do the other workouts instead of wasting time waiting?

Today, I failed on the last set of Bench Press and Deadlifts, I packed it up and went home. Nothing much to talk about there. Looks like I didn't recover fast enough from soccer yesterday.

Bad workout today, probably didn't get enough food before workout sincr it was in the wee hours of the morning.

3x5 Squats 110lbs
3x5 Standing Military Press 60lbs (failed last set 4th rep)
3x5 Bent BB Rows 85lbs

Will leave my workouts to after school when I am able to get enough energy 1 hour preworkout from now on.

Today's workout felt good, though I felt a little lazy at first because school totally drained me out. A 30 minute nap did the trick.
