I've noticed when kissing a girl in the club and you move to kiss their neck some of them move away. I feel this is because they are not ready to have their neck kissed by you. Any idea hw you can tell when its ok to kiss their neck? Should you leave it a certain amout of time after kissing her lips or what?

You need to wait till you have her isolated. Most girls don't want to get too hot and heavy in front of alot of people. I mean come on, that is resonable. First you'll be kissing her neck, next thing your hand will be up her shirt. Save it for the car or your place.
