I am currently working out my upper body one day, then legs the next day, then upper body the next day and so on. Is that giving me enough rest in between different muscle groups? On upper body days I'm talking bench, curls, flys, rows, triceps exercise that i don't know the name of, and I also do ab machine and run like a mile and a half on the treadmill. on leg days i just do a bunch of leg exercises like leg ext. and ab machine. i take like 2 days off a week for rest. does this sound good or what should i change?
