Hey guys any of you ever suffered because of that? they told that it takes no more than few days to disappear but after more than a week I still have problems to fall asleep the right time even if Im getting up at a reasonable time in the morning.
I heard that there is a drug for jet-lag but I would keep that stuff as a last resource.
Any other option possibly natural?
