I can't help but notice this only studies how guys LOOK, not how they ACT. So girls find the feminine pretty boys attractive, no surprise there. But when it comes to research like this, they're not getting the whole picture because with women, attraction is so related to BEHAVIOR, not just appearance.
It is interesting when they talk about how higher testosterone males are more likely to cheat and less likely to stick around to help raise the baby. This research centered on women in their early to mid twenties. Usually women don't figure this out until a little later in life. Maybe they're getting smarter while the men are getting dumber?

Near the end of the article it goes on to say the females deemed attractive by most standards want it all. Looks, wealth, caring, family man, etc... (what a surprise! of course what you want and what you get are 2 different things usually!)

It's a ridiculous test to do as well, as there have been few control variables. Who are the people doing these questionnaires? I'm guessing most of them are fat, unattractive, unfeminine or just average women. Seriously, how many hot feminine girls do you know who fill out questionnaires and spend a lot of time on the internet. They're all too busy going out with the gals, socialising to be spending time on the computer. So it's pretty unconclusive for finding the women WE want to attract. Hell I don't care if some fat computer geek girl finds feminine men more attractive, I'm not going for her.

I don't see how this article is feminist. However, i do think it is prime proof on how our environment and experiences shape what we consider attractive. My theory is that in the countries that are unhealthy only the strong males survive, thus causing women to be attracted to them naturally because most of them are more powerful and on top.
Its the same how obese America is now fixated on super skinny models. Your mind develops and controls what is attractive by what is surviving and what is the most powerful.
