So, against all advice I got together and spent the night with my ex last weekend. Rationally, this should be no problem...no strings attached, all that sort of thing. Meanwhile, back in the real world, I am now all sorts of annoyed and jealous again, just as if we had just broken up. Bah. I am annoyed at myself.

I'm trying to figure that out myself. It has to do with the fact that she's seeing someone(s) else right now. Frankly, there's no particular reason that should matter to me. And as things were going, it wasn't mattering that much...until now.

I need to work through the logic on this one...if I can get rid of the pointless, groundless jealousy, I have a great source for booty calls.

You need to get out and find some other women who are interested in you. That should boost your confidence a bit and will help you put the past behind you. Keeping busy in other endeavors usually puts things into perspective.
