What do you do if you bust a woman on her behavior and she accepts it and apologizes?

She usually defends it so I was a bit taken aback and not sure how to handle it.

That should be a good thing when you bust her on negative behaviour and she apologises, as long as she doesn't repeat the behaviour.

Reward her, but make sure the reward is proportional to the good behaviour.
It's called positive reinforcement, and it can work wonders!
