Currently I'am 177lb 6ft 2, not sure about bodyfat but i cant see my abs but im not really 'fat', have a 33inch waist which is acceptable. I bulked from 142lb to 192lb then cut down to 177lb. Currently my sex drive is gone, I cant get hard at all, confidence has gone but when I was in the middle of my bulk my confidence was high and sex drive was high. Then about 3 months ago it has gone...
I'm not sure what I need to do at the moment whether to cut or bulk, 177lb at 6ft 2 is not that good my arms are only 13 inches! I would like more muscle mass but I dont want to gain fat so if I do bulk now it will probably be 10lbs over 10 weeks sort of thing rather than the more drastic program I was on before. Then I only need to cut for a few weeks instead of the 10 week cut from 192 to 177 that I had to go on... The reason I stopped cutting was that progress stalled and my strength was being really depleted and the alarming decrease in sex drive. I did the whole abstain from masturbation and porn job and did it for 120 days LOL!!! But the decrease in sex drive really worried me so much that I broke that to see if I could bring some life to my limp **** lol.
I have really hit a wall in strength as well, I went from a 25kg bench press all the way to 70kg (with poor form) went down to 60kg perfect form. Squat does go up though and is still going up from 40kg to 120kg at the moment and I feel I can push on. Deadlift record was 120kg but at the moment I can only handle 100kg. However that record was done on creatine.
My current diet is this; (please note i'am very restricted on my diet dont have a lot of money being a university student)
SUPPLEMENTS: Using multi vitamin and that is it. I was using saw palmetto to stop hairloss but I think its fvcked my sex drive up so I have ditched that.
MEAL 1
300ML MILK with Protein Shake
Cereal
1 and a half tbsp olive oil
Calorie break down 646kcal 42g protein 43.5g carbs 33.4g fat
MEAL 2
Protein Shake , 100g Chicken, 150g Oats
Calories 818, 68g protein, 92.5g carbs 16.7g fat
MEAL 3
3 eggs. 100g chicken, 300ml milk, 50g oats
637 calories 62.97g protein, 44.6g carbs, 22.5g fat
MEAL 4
300ml milk protein shake
310 calories 34g protein 16.4g carbs 7.4g fat
MEAL 5
Protein shake and 100g chicken and 1 cup of veggies
Calories 328 53.6g protein 7.1g of carbs 5.4g fat
MEAL 6
1 can of tuna 1tsbp olive oil and protein shake
441 calories 58.4g protein 2.1g carbs and 27g fat
TOTALS 2984 PROTEIN 271G CARBS 204G FAT 107G (sorry if I have added something up wrong along the way this is an estimate.)

I have to do them 3 days in a row... not ideal its the only days I have access to the gym. I have access to free weights, bench and weight stand and a dip/pullup station.

Bench Press Flat 3 sets 2 warm up sets,
Close Grip Bench Press 2 sets
Dips 2 sets
Pull ups or Curls 3 sets
Crunches 3 sets
Workout B
Shoulder Press 3 sets
Rows 3 sets
Wide grip overhand pull up 2 sets
Deadlift 3 sets
Crunches 3 sets
Workout C
Squats 3 sets 2 warm up sets
Calf Raises 2 sets
This is probably all pretty rubbish so hopefully some of you experts can help me out here. I really want the sex drive I had when I was bulking back but minus the fat (I didnt pursue the girls because of the double chin and belly LOL but I really wanted too I thought hell when I'm lean I will get them, now I'am lean I'am just not feeling alpha at all, nothing like I have low testosterone a different world to the high testosterone before)
