The double your dating guy has been around a long time, ten years at least. He's a Realtor, not a comedian. His stuff is worthwhile, but it is re-hashed basic sales training, and he's an expert at marketing himself. You can read Zig Ziglar, Brian Tracy, and Tom Hopkins and get the same ideas.

Read The Juggler Method from the second site and though better, The Book of Pook is enough (IMO.).
