I collect them. When I see a cool one at a good price I buy it. How many is too many? So far I have around 50.

I'm not buying any more of them since I have plenty of them. I have had fewer tie wearing occasions in my life in recent years. A lot of white collar jobs now don't require wearing ties to work. It's even possible now to get away with not wearing a tie to a formal job interview in white collar work.
