I didn't say I don't work. I said I don't have to BE AT WORK. Huge difference. Paying attention and LISTENING will help you get laid more than anything else you can do.

I have no job at which I have to clock in. I don't RUN the businesses. Businesses have managers for that. A few of my ventures have other owners as well. I drop into each business once a week, maybe twice, stick around for a bit, see how things are going, talk to the people who DO run the place. Call it "work," if you have to. My "job" primarily entails playing the heavy, i.e., having all the conversations where everything seems to start with the word "frankly." Anything below that isn't my problem.

What I make at the end of the year, off all my ventures combined, adds up to about one of my senior managers' salaries. I don't claim to be rich, and I wouldn't.

BUT:

It makes a massive difference in your attitude, knowing you can sleep late tomorrow and go take care of things on your own schedule, rather than having some weak-@ssed boss berating you for being one minute late or forgetting to shave. That carries over into your social life. I'm laid back, I'm never stressed. I don't have to answer to anybody except God, the IRS, and my partners, and you can see that in my face 24/7. Hotties like that attitude.

please, boys. if you run multiple businesses you are going to spend most of your waking hours dealing with all the headaches that come with them. the idea that owning your own business is simple and easy is what blue collar idiots think. nothing in life comes easy that is worth it. everyone who runs businesses that work love what they do. they would rather work than chase chubby women at night. their girlfriend is their work.
