higher status- perks

Any tips on how to gain these? Ive taken the advice on believing you are high value but i still havent got these perks physically

You need to get to Level 24 before you can get the HV Perk.

You gain 5 XP for every woman you talk to. At least 2000 XP is required to get the unnerdify perk. Also, if you combine Stopping Power with the AK-74 you own the whole server as if you were using h4x0rrrrzz roflolmao.
