Maaann I fail at this...
Failed yesterday. I was kind of stressed and MB really relaxed me. I didn't do it in a long time. It's not a good thing to MB when I feel stressed... I should do meditation instead or something.
Yeah me too!
Once you stop for long, it's cool and you don't do it for a week or so. But when you do it once, you start doing it every day again... Anyway, this is what happened to me. I'm at day 2 now.
