Everyone list healthy snacks. Things that will help me put on some weight would be good.

yogurt, unsweetened fruit juices
raw vegetables, such as celery, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, green pepper, green beans, cucumbers, mushrooms or zucchini may be served with a lowfat dip
lowfat quick breads and muffins, such as pumpkin, zucchini, banana or bran
non-sugared cereals, snack mixes made with popcorn and whole grain cereal
lowfat yogurt with fresh, frozen or canned fruit
shakes with lowfat milk or yogurt and fruit

im not the greatest bodybuilder and djing just isnt much of my thing, no confidence so i guess i cna only hjelp on what i can

Try Almonds or peanuts mixed with raisens.

The fats in the nuts slow the absorbtion of the cards. You'll feel fuller, longer. It really only take a palm full to saticfy...

Same theory in trail mix...

Yes almonds and other nuts provide a good source of fatty acids that can have significant benefits. Also nuts tend to be very calorie dense and they provide a decent source of protein.
