Yeah, same problem here.
I've using Opera as my web browser but I still have the same problem when I tried to browse the site in I.E. (last choice, I assure you).
The "anything else" forum got so bad yesterday that I had to scroll from side to side to read the topics.
Glad I'm not the only one with this problem.

I get that with internet explorer as well...
After the page complete's loading perhaps the final stages of the coding go through.
My page stretches and templates overlap, than the last moment they move into correct position.
