Getting Out Of a Depressed State.

I'm don't like reading long posts so I'll try to make this quick and to the point. We all know that feeling that you get sometimes...when, for some reason, you're feeling depressed and it affects the rest of your day (which gets worse and worse because your depression grows). It can also last longer than a day, depending on the situation....the point is, though, we cannot completely avoid these feelings of depression. They will come (and hopefully go). What we CAN do is limit these feelings (so they occur less often) and learn how to "get over them" quickly.

When you find yourself feeling down, start telling yourself "don't worry." DON'T WORRY. Worrying does nothing but negative things to you. Absolutely nothing good comes out of worrying. Don't worry, just DO. DO things to make your situation better. The second thing you have to do is think about what you can "look forward to." If people don't have anything to look forward to (usually in the immediate future), it helps to create a feeling of depression. Make plans in your head to do something. Plan talk to those hot girls who you see everyday, but you've never spoken to. Plan to work out later that day to get some of that testosterone flowing. Plan to do something pleasureable or exciting.

So to sum it all up, if you're feeling depressed, don't worry about it, find something to look forward to, and DO SOMETHING about your situation. Be a man of action and you'll start to feel better about yourself (which will result in a more attractive "aura" around you...). Girls love it when you show confidence:D

the main thing is to break "state" when you are depressed.

have you ever had that ****ty day when everything goes wrong? everyone has.

but at some point a buddy comes up and tells you a fantastic joke or you watch a great movie and have a blast? what happened?

nothing changed as far as your depression is concerned. you still have bills. your d!ck is still small. you still don't look like brad pitt.

but your depressed state got broke. So everytime you fall into a state of despair you should immediately break that state.

fretting about the loss of a girlfriend?? as soon as you start feeling that way do as many pushups as you can.

suddenly the loss of your girl becomes less of a priority. keep doing that unitl you associate the feeling of relationship wows with intense physical exercise.
