I'm don't like reading long posts so I'll try to make this quick and to the point. We all know that feeling that you get sometimes...when, for some reason, you're feeling depressed and it affects the rest of your day (which gets worse and worse because your depression grows). It can also last longer than a day, depending on the situation....the point is, though, we cannot completely avoid these feelings of depression. They will come (and hopefully go). What we CAN do is limit these feelings (so they occur less often) and learn how to "get over them" quickly.
When you find yourself feeling down, start telling yourself "don't worry." DON'T WORRY. Worrying does nothing but negative things to you. Absolutely nothing good comes out of worrying. Don't worry, just DO. DO things to make your situation better. The second thing you have to do is think about what you can "look forward to." If people don't have anything to look forward to (usually in the immediate future), it helps to create a feeling of depression. Make plans in your head to do something. Plan talk to those hot girls who you see everyday, but you've never spoken to. Plan to work out later that day to get some of that testosterone flowing. Plan to do something pleasureable or exciting.
