You're right, It's not. But without them, I don't know how you're going to block the punches easily.

I can understand somebody being a really quick guy with awesome reflexes but with a very weak punch. It would take literally hours to knock a big guy down.

Reflex shows that you are not scared, depending on how you do it. If you reflect the person with your body parts such as your arms or legs, then it's showing you've got the strenght to block it.

tactic: I never said that speed and reflexes weren't important, my sarcasm from my earlier post translates to: "Saying that stregnth is nothing compared to speed and reflexes is ridiculous"
