Expired protein powder?

Here I am, started working out again after a month break, once my workout was complete I was searching the kitchen for my protein shake powder. Then I realize that the expiry date said 07/2005, wasn't quite sure because it looked normal to me. So I drank a little of it, was it such a good idea?

yeah maybe if it was like a year expired i would throw it a way, but its less than a month, EAT THAT SHIZZLE!
