static dbp 2sets with 75kg
1set with 85kg couldnt get it up without injuring my shoulder so i will try static mp next time i think this is gonna be better for my shoulder
mix of rackdeads/static holds(from now on called "semi rackdeads")
2sets warmup with 85kg
3sets with 115kg. damn i could rep that weight before....now i can hardly hold it in my hands. my legs have stayed pretty strong though =)
edit: btw i've lost 1 kg fat and gained 1kg muscle so far........current stats 19 or 20%bf.....weight 77,5kg in the morning with boxershorts and no food.
