I would assume just like any other girl, treat the sister as a friend. Just make sure he/you don't confuse the two, that'll be the end of that. I know a few twins and they are all really different from eachother as far as what they like sexually. Don't know why, but that's how it is. So he's gotta find the one that likes his style, and since they look the same it shouldn't matter to him which he gets.

In my case, the sisters don't really like each other much as friends, so I wouldn't say it helps too much. But yeah, don't be so much of a creeper that the sister doesn't approve. Just be a cool dude with her (a friend even) and her sister won't be a threat to your mission. By 'a threat', i mean a source of insults that happen behind your back
