I am not a player. I was with my wife for twelve years. I am new at this.

I found this site some time ago when I was looking to get back into the game, but I'd already made a series of decisions at that point about how I was going to proceed with my life to make myself marketable. I didn't want to be 45, fat, broke, and alone, rattling around inside my house looking at porn and wishing my dead wife was here.

I was overweight, I was in a job I hated, I made a workable salary but nothing great, I had a bull**** degree and an unremarkable life overall. Except for my wife, who was awesome. And I was about to lose that. So I straightened myself out. I started running, went back to school, picked up a commission and became an officer, got my MBA, opened my own business, got my teeth whitened, went to Nordstrom for a makeover, etc. My feet were in the starting blocks when the gun went off.

The car came after -- hell, the car was grief therapy -- but the car is part of the package. The package attracts women. (My package, being statistically average if not a little below, does not; at least, not on its own.)

There are a lot of guys on this forum who come here because their lives are ****. They're fat, or they're broke, or they're hung up on The One, or they've done nothing to differentiate themselves from the herd, and they want someone to pat them on the back and tell them that it's okay, they're special snowflakes and everything's going to work out. "You'll get hot chicks, too, honey. Just say these magic words. Buy her this drink. Do *this*. Chicks love *this.*"

BULL****. If there's anything I've learned through this experience, it's that you have to make your own luck.

My understanding is that guys come to this site to learn how to attract women. I'm posting on here because I have figured it out. Or at least, what is working for me. And if it works for me, there's no reason it wouldn't work for anyone.

There is a very slim set of circumstances that make a man my age socially acceptable as relationship material for a younger, fit, attractive woman. I identified those circumstances, and then spent the past five years busting my @** to meet those parameters and remain within them. If you meet those expectations, the actual attracting-hot-women part is pretty much effortless. (I'm not gonna lie, though: staying within those parameters is a full-time job.)

I could have stayed fat, met some old gray cow my own age, and spent the next twenty years having sex with my eyes closed. No, thanks.

It's really easy. Make yourself attractive. And not just physically. Financially, sartorially, emotionally. Do what it takes. A very nice car will help, but more than that, having your life together and working for you to such a point that you can drive a nice car and have people who know you say, "Oh, that makes sense," is the true attractant.

Now if you'll excuse me, I'm having a 22-year-old Delta Gamma over for brunch in an hour. Enjoy your weekend.

"This is the best post i've read on this forum in quite a while. I've re read this like 20 times and it's posts like this why I still come here. Great post.

Something you said. The car is part of the package, but it's the package that attracts the woman. not one thing. You hit the nail on the head when you said guys come here and they want to know that one THING to get them over the edge. I was like that when I got here. I tried body language ****. I tried being funny. I tried being ****y. I tried changing up my wardrobe. I tried being distant. I tried trying to make the girl jealous. I tried blowing money. But no one thing got me over the edge.

I'ts the entire package.

It's really something like this

looks 40%
finances 15%
car / status 20%
style 20%
Misc **** (race, **** size, popular family): 5%
Game / Ability to talk to women: 10%

There is a great quote on here "While you are building your Kingdom, women are looking for a King". Your Kingdom is the package that you have to offer to would-be Queens.
Someone said to me, become the right person and the right person will come into your life. Your quote hit the nail on the head and puts all the pieces in place.

lol i want the big boy BMW. I want the 6 series convertible. I'll probably do it sometime after the holiday season. Too much going on right now. probably do his and hers or something like that my wife's car has like 220 thousand miles on it now it's time for an upgrade
you can't go wrong with BMW really :) it has power, style and quality.
it is also not the car to scream "desperate for women" like some sports cars are. but it attracts the females regardless while suggesting independence. (not the Z series though. i think they are childish)

the 6 convertible is a bit steep for me though :nervous: at an EUR 80 000 pricetag i'd have to pass for now lol. quite happy with the M3 atm.

good luck with it though, i am sure it will be a cool ride.

Except when it's at the dealer all the time because the high pressure fuel pump fails 5 times in 3 years (to say nothing of other engine problems) :D Been there done that. I used to be a big BMW fan but they are yesterday's news. 10 years ago, they were at the top of their game and arguably made the best cars in the world. Today, Audi is a better choice (or Porsche if you can afford it).

Agreed. Also, new BMW's drive like old man cars today, they've lost that race car feel.
Exactly. I was going to buy an F10 5-series, but when I test drove one, I realized that I might as well be driving a Mercedes. Boring. The best BMW were made in the 90's and early 00's.

It depends on the model. The Big 3 German luxury makers are pretty competitive. Some Audis are just souped up VWs. Some Mercs are faster than their equivalent BMW/Audi competitors.

The 6 series is the best in its class according to most of the reviews I've seen. The 3 series continues to be the king of its class although the S4 may be better than the 335.

The only Audis that are "souped up" VW's are their compact and subcompact models (A1 and A3). Their mainstream models such as the A4, A6, A8, etc. have nothing to do with VW. I've driven the new 3 series and in my opinion it has been cheapened considerably compared to the pre-2012 model (E90 chassis for those who know BMW's). It also does not drive as nice. This is sad, because BMW used to be a great brand but they are catering to a changing demographic, particularly women and the Chinese, who care little for driving dynamics and just want a boring luxury car that isolates you from the road.

WOMEN DON'T GIVE A **** ABOUT ANY OF THIS

None. Zilch. I know one woman in my life that could tell me what type of engine she had in her car, and she was a (smoking hot) tomboy who worked with her dad in his car garage.

Take my wife. My wife does not care how fast her CLK is. She does not care how many horse power the car has. She doesn't care what type of torque the car has. She doesn't care about the super high tech suspension system. She doesn't care about any of that ****. You know why she loves her car?

"It's a pretty Mercedes that's a convertible and it has a nice sound system"

This is women. She's pretty avg.

My point being, nice cars, cost money, but women don't really equate money with nice cars if that makes sense. They think they do but they really don't.

I get more looks / attention when I drive my wifes convertable than I do my jag. It's a mercedes convertible. what woman wouldn't like a nice mercedes convertible. and it's 11 years old lol. My car is basically 1 year old. Women don't care. "Women like my car. Women love my wife's car.

This is what a woman sees.

this is basically my wife's car

My car's value is 5x more give or take what my wife's is. AT least 4 times easily. Women do not care. Women don't carry around a kelly blue book and use that to gauge how wet they get. Women like flash. My wife's car is flashy. Thankfully I didn't buy my car to get ***** lol. Women LIKE my car. Women LOVE my wife's car.

My point in all this being, when guys say, "oh you have to have a nice car" guys think " you have to have money" and that's not the case per say. You can have a very nice women getting car on a budget.

Old Lexus ES or LS series cars are ***** getting cars.
You can finance an old porsche easily for about 20-22k
2003 + beemers are ***** getting cars
Mazda RX8's are ***** getting cars.

I would get 10x more ***** in a 2003 Infiniti G35 coupe

Your car looks like a whale on wheels. No wonder it's not getting any looks :D

In all seriousness, you are right about most women knowing sh*t about cars. If you are buying a car to impress women, get a 10-15 year old Porsche Boxster and you're pretty much set. Women will think you are loaded to be driving a Porsche convertible, even though your car actually costs less than a typical new econobox.

Lol chill out man, I was just discussing the cars themselves, not as tools to attract women. I agree there are plenty of cars that are awesome but only dudes can appreciate them (e.g Subaru WRX STI)

If you just want to buy a car to attract women, it's all about the brand (BMW, Mercedes, Rolls Royce etc.). Of course the irony is that if you're selecting a car based solely on its potential to attract women, you've probably already lost the battle!

Meh, I wasn't particularly impressed by the A4. The 328i is more chuckable and faster too. I agree that they softened the ride somewhat, but it's still better than the rest in its class thanks mainly to its drivetrain. I thought the Cadillac ATS was better than the A4. Ironically, I've read reviews criticizing Audis for being too isolated from the road.

BMW, Mercedes and Audi have several different competing models. None of the Big 3 German brands win across the board. Heck I'd take a Caddy or an Acura over some of them (not speaking from the standpoint of attracting women of course). I'd take the A6 over the 535 though.

Were you driving an A4 with the regular suspension? You really need to get that car with the S-line package, which gives you the same suspension and tire setup as the S4 and makes a big difference in handling and road feel. I agree that all "Big 3" have their strengths and weaknesses, but at present, Audi IMO makes the best cars of the 3 overall.

As for Cadillac and Acura, those cars are not even in the same league as the Germans (especially Acura, which is just a badge engineered Honda). I know that the ATS is supposed to have good handling but in terms of everything else, it's got a long way to go before it can play in the big leagues. No one outside of America buys Cadillacs in any significant volume and there is a good reason for that.

I drove it with standard suspension but I was comparing it to a standard suspension 328i. BMW has the M Sports package which stiffens up the suspension etc. just like the S-line package for Audi. As for the ATS, it has more hp and torque than the A4 and as good or superior handling. Its big downfall is the transmission.

I disagree about Acura as well. Sure some models share platforms and tech with Honda, but Audi shares tech/platforms with VW on some models. You can't make broad sweeping generalizations about an entire brand. There are several Acuras and Cadillacs that have received rave reviews and some Audis/Bimmers/Mercs that got lukewarm ones.

I currently have a 2011 335is M package. Very fun car.

Have a 2014 435i M Sport in production right now, it's gonna be sweet. Black on black, loaded.

Girls seem to get really horny in my current car, I think the next one will be even better. I've had the 2011 for a little over a year now (took over a lease), have gotten bjs and sex in the car from multiple girls.

Maybe I could still get them in a Honda, I did when I was younger and driving crappy old used cars. Who knows? All I know is, it feels nice to drive like a maniac.

yeah that's the weirdest thing. some girls who don't even like me that much, and not crazy about cars either, the moment they enter the car, they get 1000x hornier. it's how they work i guess. or the leather seats, who knows, and who cares, but i enjoy the fruits :))))

Do girls really go for guys with nice cars?
Yes, some do. But not all, of course.

To deny that there are a LARGE number of women out here who have an attraction for flashy things would be delusional. I've known of women who damn near salivate like dogs at the sight of expensive cars---to the point where they practically think of the the guy inside the car as optional.

By the way, isn't there's a derogatory name for female dogs who chase cars?

Better keep your eyes on your rear-view mirrors, boys...

A big part of it is how the car makes you feel as a guy. A car with a superb engine or sleek design can make you feel like a real bada$$. And guess what - that helps your game.

A buddy of mine in high school drove a BMW and he got laid shyt-tons. The car wasn't a substitute for game, but it certainly didn't hurt his game. I on the other hand drove my parents' Volvo wagon and had to get past looking like Clark Griswold to land pu55y. At the very least we could get down to business in the rear (I mean of the car).

That said there were other guys I remember who drove fine machines but could not use it to their advantage in the female department. You gotta own it.
