Yea. What I've been doing is cardio to lose the overall bodyfat and an ab wheel which you should be able to pickup for $5. I'm currently doing 5 sets of 15 but now I'm gonna start adding weight. If you have a big gut, I have no idea why you would want to make the muscles in it bigger. Cut the fat with diet, metabolic resistance training, interval training, and steady-state cardio
