Creatine is good, BCAAs are good. Try st.johns wort for the nervous system, green tea (same deal), ZMA... etc. These supps promote healing little bit, nervous system calmness and sleep.

You can also improve recovery and overall performance with proper nutrition. Stay away from corn syrup, sugar, really starchy foods that put your system on a sugar rollercoaster. You can also eat more foods that promote the release or balance of hormones like brocolli. Brocolli reduces estrogen levels, it also promotes secretions of certain enzymes in the liver that help deal with toxic substances....

Look for stuff like that.

Everything you put in your mouth ends up affecting you somehow.

How long have you been doing this? You may need time to adapt to the increased workload.

Nothing can prevent overtraining...

Supplements aid your recovery/gains/results. Overtraining is just doing too much.

So do less and build up to a level you can cope with
