does anyone knows how to get muscles that are hard and ripped but arents huge like AH-NALD Swarzenegger?

like a boxer..they dont have huge mucles but they are hard and ripped

dont workout to gain muscles, dont eat to gain size, and definitely dont take gear and do all of the preceding times 4 hardcore.

actuall just do some boxing and a light fullbody compound workout once a week and a light full body isolationist workout once a week and you should be on your way.
you dont even need the workouts if you box properly. you will be CUT in no time

and I do agree..boxing is good for building tone...but it's not something beginners can do...swimming is something that helps you build tone whether you are a beginner or you are more advanced..
Thats true a good example that swimming only can make you nice and ripped is that australian guy that won in the i believe 50 and 100 in the olympics, he says he does no lifting or anything other than swimming and hes nice and cut.

That only works if you have a healthy diet as well.

Biking is the next best thing if you don't want to get wet.

swimming is a workout for your lungs when you start, if you wanna be really active, i agree, biking is best to start.
