Lost a stack of weight this past 6 months, completely stopped goin to the gym and eating right.
Now I need to get back on track. Can anyone give a crit of this diet?
Morning - 6 whole eggs, 1 apple, 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Lunch - 125g Tuna mixed with 1 cup rice (dry measure, bout 2.5 cooked)
Arvo - 125g Tuna mixed with 1 cup rice (dry measure, bout 2.5 cooked)
Dinner - Whatever is made, usually carbs/meat of sorts
Evening - 1 tbsp Flaxseed Oil, 6 vita brits in milk.
Will get creatine/protein when the uni budget permits.
