Diet!

Lost a stack of weight this past 6 months, completely stopped goin to the gym and eating right.

Now I need to get back on track. Can anyone give a crit of this diet?

Morning - 6 whole eggs, 1 apple, 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Lunch - 125g Tuna mixed with 1 cup rice (dry measure, bout 2.5 cooked)

Arvo - 125g Tuna mixed with 1 cup rice (dry measure, bout 2.5 cooked)

Dinner - Whatever is made, usually carbs/meat of sorts

Evening - 1 tbsp Flaxseed Oil, 6 vita brits in milk.

Will get creatine/protein when the uni budget permits.

There are so many things that we dont know... You're Lean body mass, body fat levels, what you're aiming for... Mass, to get cut, lean?

You going to eat the same thing day in and day out?

If so i think you're probably going overboard, since i've heard you can get mercury poisoning or something from too much tuna... And without variety you're going to be bored out of your skull!

Haha youre right! Shoulda put in a bit more info.

Currently 67 Kilos lean, was 75 lean (only a few short months ago).

I am 6 ft tall. So as you can imagine, im a bit of a twig right now!

Yeah I dont have a problem eating the same thing day in and out, I managed it for a year! Also I am not too concerned about the mercury in the tuna, from what I can gather it traces back to an isolated incident perpetuated by the media.

I am currently trying to bulk. I've worked out that the diet there probably sits just short of 4000 calories...

dunno what vita brits are and milk before sleeping isnt good but else it looks pretty good
