deep eye contact gives me wood, help

I'm dead serious. The main reason I won't hold eye contact with a hot girl is because it gives me wood. My emotions are affected too intensely. And it is holding back my game, a lot.

Any tips, ideas, or experiences on how to feel less affected during intense eye contact / smiling?

Yeah, and when we're both in BATHING SUITS, it's a VERY noticeable addition to the convo.
