Cleanliness is the main factor imo. Now, since not all people (women, in this case) are the same in regards to cleanliness, the answer to your question is : No, not all pvssy tastes the same.

Reminds me of something...

When i was younger, my dad once told me : If a chick's pvssy smells really bad, run my son, run as fast as you can, because she is probably a big hor that fvcked the whole neighborhood and/or she has a disease.

I didnt really knew what to say or think back then, but today i am inclined to agree with him. Although if a girl is not clean, she may be an angel but still smell fishy...literally
