I have Stinking breath i gotta admit.
i do take every precaution to mask it.

i think i've found my problem is due to small air pockets or tonsil have holes and food gets stuck and fermented there and sometimes i cough etc it comes back up and smells even GOD would run.

LoL should i get my Tonsils removed ?
my mouth isn;t too bad, i use hydrogen peroxide to gargle before.

This is how i keep my mouth Clean. (well for period of time 2 hrs)
1/Tongue Scraper (or spoon i like spoon better) DOH!
2/Floss
3/Hydrogen Peroxide Garle
3/Brush my teenth for 5 mins or 2mins with Bruan Electric brush but i don't like electric as much because it doesn;t feel as clean.
4/just rinse and garle with water again all this may take up to 10 minutes.

in morning i just quicky scrape and brush 2 mins, sometimes garle if i am not rushing to work.

I don;t know if there are any cure or food i should say away, apart from obvious junk, fried, and i normally wash my mouth with water after every meal.

Sounds clean ? but i still get people telling me my breath stinks!

VERY EMBARSSING!

Sounds incredibly simple but brush your teeth after every meal and invest in a good tongue cleaner. Because your tongue is where virtually all of the bad odours collect, and its not as if you ever clean it. So get a tongue cleaner.
Why not just brush your tongue after you brush your teeth? I do that.

Look for products with sodium chlorate.

If you can't find any you could try highly diluted laundry bleach -- and I mean very highly diulted -- so you can barely taste it. Don't just gargle the stuff out of the bottle or you will end up dead.

Gargle it but don't swallow. Spit it out and rise with water.

Also, ask a doctor about your tonsils. He/she'd know.
