She been telling people I stalked her and tried to hit on her. How the heck do I deal with this BS, with this naive freshman girl spreading this bull****? Im thinking she want to make herself seem like a high value girl, but reality she no more than a HB 6.

Just ignore it. If you let it get to you, you're displaying to everyone that she is worth getting upset about. If you just shrug it off, no one will care. Just don't avoid the topic if someone brings it out.
