Just keep it up until you see some interest, not just playing around. Then get her digits so you can hang out as "friends". Run the regular game after.

You want to do it this way because:

1. You need to confirm that she's interested. If she's not prepare for drama at work. Play it conservative, patience is key.
2. If she's interested she will let you know. She'll hang around, she'll try and talk to you not just be friendly. Reciprocate and have a decent conversation other than just work stuff.


Be patient. I know what its like to jump the gun on this. Not a good result. You can't just stop talking to her if things go sour since you work together.
