if a chick really wants u, can u break some rules, like getting her number first and waiting a few days instead of just straight up askin to go sumwhere?

this chick i know from work, is really into me, but i dont wanna be a rebound!
question is should i just get her to go sumwhere wit me, or get nubmer first and then wait..... seems her IL is huge.
