I've got the ****y + funny thing down pretty well; it really comes pretty natural for me. But what's after that? Escalate with kino? I've looked around the forums, but I can't seem to find out...do i keep up the C+F and escalate with kino or is there something else i'm missing? i know it's not supposed to be a step 1, step 2, systematic thing, but any advice would help. thanks!
