I started training boxing religiously- i go 4 days a week for 3 hours and have been in 3 amatuer bouts so far and its the best ****in investment of time ive made in my life thus far. 5 months ago i was 6'0 196lbs....today im 170lbs 9% BF and ***** is like a fvckin magnet to my body,fvck lines the chicks just walk up to me giggly as fvck now i can just say whatever, my training was supplemented by a pretty intense diet and a few supplements(Multivitamin, ZMA, Whey protein) I quit smoking cigs and cut back on the pot (went from daily smoker to smoking 2 or 3 times a month) I know everyone already tells you this but FVCK!!! JUST THIS STEP WILL GET YOU FVCKIN LAID
2.just forget about women entirely......just pretend they dont exist until youre actually talking to one..no porn no PUA sites NOTHING the only time you want women on your mind is when theyre in front of you to see and touch, When i started doing this I got less nervous around chicks and would just get super fvckin horny.....all these chicks know im horny, and it makes them want my **** in their mouths(dont say anything or give any clue as to how bad you wanna fvck her, just hold a convo while youre horny as fvck for her and shiit will just flow)
