those are the records, guys. Standing broadjump record is 11.5 ft, standing broadjump is 64", shoulder height on the guy! and he stood up after landing up there, on the edge of a wall sort of deal, too! Very impressive. most GUNFIGHTS are at 10ft and less. add 3 ft of leg sticking out there, and SEE how "safe" you are from a trained kicker at 10ft. :)

When I read those numbers I imagined that your shop started selling also epistane, diannabol and superdrol...surely those numbers are not achieved through creatine and bcaa.

strategis must fit conditions. I don't own revolvers. the only carry pistols that I use dont have hammers, they have strikers and DAO trigger pulls. My "set' reaction time runs about .20sec/

well, there aint very many like me, that's true. Most would argue that such is a good thing, tho. I am just quoting from Google/wiki about the weights and jumps. you can research it yourself.

The deadlift record is actually in the 1100s
The strongman ones are, but they aren't regular pulls and the majority wouldn't be regulation in a powerlifting meet. Plus, it's way easier to pull 1000 on the strongman ones than it is on a regular bar. Still frickin' ridiculous though.

Bolton and Magnusson are just incredible.

Exactly.

Thankyou for proving that the actual deadlift WR is 1015.

I think he's being sarcastic lol. Because of the flex of the bar, the weight isn't fully in his hands until he gets to his knees. Still though, that's a heeeeeeelllllll of a lot of weight, and I still consider it a deadlift, even if it's not up to par with powerlifting regulations.

Read what I said previous to that comment.

That's a WR STRONGMAN deadlift. As in, VERY different to a conventional deadlift. Whilst still a superhuman level of strength, it is very different to the pulls done by Bolton and Magnusson.

Most people won't hit those numbers, but a good goal to aim for is:

Bench 100kg/220lbs
Squat 140kg/308lbs
Deadlift 180kg/396lbs

(All 1RM)

In regards to strength training, you are still a novice if you can't hit those numbers.
