BE-DO-HAVE

I don't know if anybody has ever read the Rich Dad Poor Dad series of books (which are very good by the way) but in one of them the author states that in order to be successful at any given endeavor you must first understand the BE-DO-HAVE theory.

The theory states that in order to benefit from any given activity you must not only do - you must BE.

For example, just because you jump off a diving board does not make you a diver. A diver must also be able to train using weights, understand the science behind the sport, eat properly, etc. The person must have the mindset of being a diver and constantly live with the notion that he as a person and he as a diver are one in the same.

Well it's the same thing with being a dj. So many guys here come and hope that just by following a few quick moves (3s rule, negs, be a challenge, etc.) they will be able to have girls at their feet in no time. Yet, it doesn't quite work out that way. That's because they skipped the BE part and went right to the DO part.

In order to be a successful DJ one must first accept the fact that he is as such. Immerse yourself in the academics of the subject, recognize yourself as a DJ, make it a part of your life. If you think that being a DJ is a bad thing but try to use some of the "moves" you will NEVER succeed with women.

So if you want to finally be able to succeed with women make being a DJ part of your identity. Say it with me and say it proud:

I AM A DJ!

Hey JP,

I haven't read those books. But what you said is true. Doing some of the techniques won't get you the success of being a DJ. You have to be totally absorbed in finding out what are behind the techniques that make so many of us successful. It's a path of gaining knowledge. Being a DJ is not about women. It's about the way of life you want to live.

This is so true about ANYTHING that you want to do and do well. and the most encouraging thing about it is this...

99.9999 % of people don't approach anything in life this way. It's just easier to sit around being mediocre and talk down people who are out doing things right and succeeding.

To speak frankly, I am a big fan that has an obsession over rules,techniques,methods,guidelines and etc!

Because I believe things in this way: It's like learning martial arts. We learn all the tricks,moves,powerful punches and blows so we can kick our enemy's @ss. I am sure people would want overnight success after learning something cause there are many possibilities like this.

Take a look at those websites advertising their dating books. What did they write? They said come and purchase this book. If you're not satisfied, money back gurantee.! Learn the secrets of this and that and blah,blah,blah.!

And you can put them to use immediately after reading the book. So I think, it is not impossible to get instant success only and only if what is written in their book in super-good!

So why torture yourself everyday whining and wallowing in self-pity.? Why not learn the secrets behind it and be instantly successful with women? Personally, I do not purchase their books over the internet cause I do not with to risk my credit-card.!

But this is my thought for you all. If you want everything right away, go and get yourself some books
