Plenty of simple foods that help alkalize blood. Kale, spinach and cucumber r top 3. I am a bit lazy living on my own so I buy ice cubes of chopped kale and spinach you will find them in the freezer section of your supermarket. adding those to your cooking is an way to get more alkaline food in your week
Citrus fruits are also strongly akalizing as are grapes and watermelon

I have been drinking a monster ****tail of multi-herb tea ACV, blackstrap molasses, lemon juice, local honey, ginger, cocoa, cinnamon, and flax meal 1-2 times a day for a couple of weeks. I feel great, loads of energy, but man have my appetite/cravings shot up. This is the only change, so it is probably related. What could this be? Anyone else experience this?

Thanks GaDAvid! I have a few moles on my nose and I have been looking forward to remove it as it has grown over the couple of years! Will definitely try this ACV out!
