Am in this highschool in my town,..and i've been very serious and unsocial and always with my buddies,..never really socialised with girls in the whole of last year when i joined till now..The good or bad part is that,girls know much about me,and they talk about me alot because i used to date hot girls in town before joining this school.But some personal family stuff happened and really affected me and i stopped dating and lost my sexual appetite and started pushing away every opportunity of socializing as kauzu which means a serious person who has no time with anyone,..hope you get the picture..And i wanna get out of this situation,regain my sexual appetite and get girls like how i used to,.any ideas?

Use every chance you get to get out of your house and be with people. Be happy every time you get to have that opportunity. Sometimes you'll have to make the opportunities yourself.

Go be with people, that's all it takes.

Good advice but what's this?? Increased intake of saturated fats? And HDL is good cholesterol, LDL is bad.

Im sorry that your information is incorrect and known widely due to capitalist benefits from it. Saturated fat is needed for testosterone production. Prove me its unhealthy. Do it.
And you're right, HDL is the good one, typo.

I wasn't that adamant about being right on the saturated fat point, but yes, the initial google search backs you up.

I dont think if my testosterone level is a problem cause i do get horny,and when i do,i got this good hot girl i can bang anytime,..and i am good with girls,..the problem since all that family stuft happened to me is ...gaming other girls,.whenever am alone or with ma friends,i'll be very eager to game girls and even tell ma friends the girl I wanna game,.but when the girls around me,.everything just evaporates and suddenly my desire of gaming them is gone!!..

masturbation-honestly,since i started being weird around girls,.i started masturbating,..and it really affects the way you act around peaple to some level,.since i stopped,i feel way better all the time
Nuts-i used to hate them,.but my dad usually buys alot of them,hel loves them...so since norwegiandj suggested,.i started taking them in the mornin during breakfast and before i sleep.Am sure it helped?

as soon as i thought i was back in the game,got my confidence back,banging girl,going out more,and having a good time.But,I ****ed up today,..hesitation is a game killer.
Was waiting for my girlfriend in a restaurant and a very gorgeous girl walked in and she sat on a table infront of mine while facing me,she was obviously waitin for her date.I then started giving myself excuses to not approach her(what if her guy comes in,what if my girl comes in,what if blah blah) until my girl came in about 5 minutes.Soon,her guys comes in.The guy was so afc,i could tell it was their first date cause the girl was so bored,and was cheking me out everytime.I just missed on this one.what the ****?
