Within the past couple months, all of my closest friends (aka the guys I've known since high school that I would go out and party with and have a good time with) got into relationships. So now instead of going out and partying/drinking, they're all *****whipped and just wanna hang out with their girls. What the hell do I do now? Find new friends? I'm currently somewhat seeing someone, but it's nothing serious nor do I know if it will even become anything. I kinda feel like I'm losing my closest friends.

Try to make new friends. I have lost all my closest friends in the last couple of years. Haven't been able to make any new real friends, just people that are only interested in what I can offer them. That's part of the reason a bunch of guys I know won't hang with me, they are into PU and because I suck they don't want to hang with me.
Nothing should change. I guess you'll have to go to parties and stuff on your own, but you'll meet cool people. If a whole bunch of your friends recently started relationships I bet that either
a) Some will break up quickly
or
b) The "honeymoon" phase will end eventually and they'll have a more balanced life between friends and their girlfriend.
So keep going out and having a good time.
