This is a list of Affirmations that I put together.

Print this out and read it ALOUD everyday! It will make a SIGNIFICANT difference in a short amount of time.
I won't explain why affirmations work. If you wish to know then you could do a search. Onto the Affirmations:

- The more I like myself the more others like themselves.

- I am fully competent and capable in everything that I decide to
do.

- I am highly creative, intelligent, attractive, energetic, sexy,
witty, smart, healthy, wealthy and wise.

- I love myself unconditionally just as I am.

- I am the only person that I need.

- I feel comfortable around other people.

- Other people feel comfortable around me and enjoy my presence.

- I am fun and exciting to be with because I always have a good
time.

- I am comfortable talking to women.

- I am comfortable touching women.

- Women to whom I pay attention are extremely lucky - I am what
women want.

- I acknowledge my sexuality.

- I have to look my best all the time.

- Women must prove themselves worthy of my time and attention to
receive it.

- I make no excuses for myself as a man, and I'm INNOCENT, not guilty.

- Every week of my life is an exciting, action-packed adventure.

- There is no woman alive who can resist my charm and charisma.

- My confidence is unstoppable.

- I have the power and the passion to make my life what I will.

- I act.  I don't re-act.

- I control my emotions every minute of the day.

- I act swiftly to get what I want from life.  He who hesitates is lost.

- Fear is the mind-killer.  I will use my fear as power.

- I work every day to improve myself, learn, and become more powerful.

- I live my life by my own code of honor.

- My actions mirror my beliefs - congruently.

- I'm a powerful communicator.

- I never apologize for myself.

- I make no excuses for my desires as a man.

- I move through this world without apology.

- I like to satisfy women.

- I don't need any particular woman, I am not needy.

- Women are abundant.

- I do not supplicate to women because they find it unattractive.

- Rejection is a good thing. The more I get rejected, the more I will get laid.

- I learn something every time. Every rejection becomes a brick in my palace.

- I do not dwell in the past.

- The past can not be relived, good or bad.

- I have a wide range of options in how I choose to react to other people. The choice is mine.

- I talk slow ...

- I do not care what others think ...

- I do not move or turn around because of others ...

- People have to work for my attention / interest ...

- I ignore those who are not worthy of my attention ...

- I move slowly, relaxed and controlled ...

- I stand straight, poised and spread in a relaxed way ..

- I speak in a deep, relaxed tone ...

- I remain alpha regardless of what crisis comes my way ...

- I never supplicate to others ...

- I never qualifie myself to others ...

- I get more credit for minor actions than betas ...

- I have the ultimative comfort in my own skin...

- I am the leader ...

- I attract others with my frames ...

- I am not afraid to touch women, because women like to be touched by me.

- My sex drive is MY sex drive. MY desires are all that matter. MY satisfaction is what counts. I do not care what other people think of MY sex drive.

I'm not here to ask how they work, but for some reason I felt a little cheesy reading some of them outloud..I will continue to use them though.

I once read some literature by RJ and he suggests for increasing the effectiveness of affirmations: read the affirmations in one order, while at the same time playing the affirmations on a tape recorder in a different order. So the tape recorder is always playing a different affirmation than the one you're reading. I think he called it double-induction and said it's more powerful that simply reading them. Anyone have experience doing it that way?

Affirmations rock, how do you particulary use them do you use any mental images of yourself while saying them? do you repeat them? I have my own list but its much shorter than thta one

This is a very good idea,

An even better way would be to record them in one order on one tape recorder and in a different order on another recorder. play them at the same time with a different head phone in each ear so you have two different things playing. Its supposed to be the most effective way of getting into your subconcious.

could always read them as well in an even different order.

Always remember to relax when reading affirmations aswell

Instead of asking affirmations straight ask them in the form of a question.

Like "Why am I so attractive to women?"
and then answer yourself with "Because I'm good looking, funny, confident etc.

Most importantly get in the feeling of the affirmation truely feel sexy or attractive of whatever it will not only make you more confident it will make the universe line up scenarios to prove you correct.

This is sort of like a self-positive reinforcement. Not a bad thing though.

Self-Confidence is what really drives this. You start this, you think more positive, your self-confidence goes up, you feel better about things. It's a good cycle.
