You going to have to get her out of the school situation somehow and get her personal phone number. I wouldn't suggest showing up at her work - I'd go for a call.

It will be a bit a crap shoot if this will work because often people separate work from social life. I assume dating a student is a bit of a taboo in that field so you'll be fighting against that too...
