abs before routine work out? oh no!!!

I was always told to do my abs LAST, but I'm lazy so some time I don't feel like it - or I run out of time.

Is it ok or recommended that I do my abs first before do'N any muscles?

Why? You can do your abs first thing or last thing in the workout. If doing them first assures you do it.. then do'em first.

do not do your abs before your squats! u wont have th core stength to maintain your form during these if u whipe your ab muscles out first! jus t atip but do what you want

I always like to do abs first due to the fact that the rest of the workout I can still fill them working as I do the cardio and whatever exercise I am on!

I agree. Abs first is fine generally, but I wouldn't do them before squats.

yeah - I didn't think of that. I'd destroy my back if I do abs before squats
