Haven't been able to update much because of work being crazy.
during my first 6 months of work, i lost 20lbs from 185lbs down to 165lbs. I was able to run a 5:35 mile around this time last year when i lost that weight.
Finally back to my normal weight. Running a 7 minute mile.
Bench 215lbs today
Squat 215lbs today
deadlift 255lbs last week
pullups 12+ last time i tried (haven't tried to max out)
standing overhead press 130lbs last week
bent over rows 145lbs today
Overall work has been phenomenal but incredibly stressful.
