Was on vacation end of January and missed a week of lifting. Came back and got really sick and was out of the gym for another week and lost 6 lbs. Spent the last two weeks regaining my weight and getting back into shape.

I've also been getting back into MMA. Went to two classes in the last two weeks for Muay thai and BJJ. I'm surprised I can handle 2 classes back to back without much trouble. Technique could use a bit of refinement and my BJJ is virtually non existent but we all have to start somewhere. Goal is to fight 3 matches.

Ran 1 mile outside instead of on the treadmill yesterday but couldn't finish it at the pace I wanted so I had to walk some of it. I did manage to run the half mile before I stopped.

1/2 mile - 3:13
1 mile with pauses - 6:19

Haven't been able to update much because of work being crazy.

during my first 6 months of work, i lost 20lbs from 185lbs down to 165lbs. I was able to run a 5:35 mile around this time last year when i lost that weight.

Finally back to my normal weight. Running a 7 minute mile.

Bench 215lbs today
Squat 215lbs today
deadlift 255lbs last week
pullups 12+ last time i tried (haven't tried to max out)
standing overhead press 130lbs last week
bent over rows 145lbs today

Overall work has been phenomenal but incredibly stressful.
